Executive Paella

The Chef Gio Executive Paella is the finest of all our paellas.  Made exclusively with the best organic ingredients, hand selected by Chef Gio. Each plate receives a full, 7-8 ounce fresh never frozen lobster tail. The ultimate premium paella, that in addition to lobster, during Florida’s Stone Crab season, October 15 through May 15th,  we add, Fresh Florida Stone Crab. Our Executive Paella always includes a great variety of the best, never-frozen seafood including generous amounts premium white fish, calamari, mussels, clams, jumbo shrimp, scallops, and langostinos.  This dish may also include Spanish sausage at your request for no additional charge.  seafood, including world’s finest Joe’s stone crabs and shrimp. This dish is made with delicate seasoning, colored with authentic pure Spanish saffron and select spices, including premium fine sea salt.
