Pad Thai Station

For our Pad Thai Station we transport ourselves to Thailand and serve the Chef Gio version made with with jumbo shrimps, crab, squid, chicken  and/or other proteins, including tofu as an option, scallions, baby corn, garlic, bean sprouts, chives, onions, broccoli, coriander leaves, pickled radishes or turnips and more. Our Pad Thai is based on a traditional a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a staple food and at casual local eateries in Thailand. It is made with soaked dried rice noodles, which are stir-fried with eggs and flavored with tamarind pulp. Thai Thai Sauce, is a special peanut-based sauce containing dried shrimp, garlic or shallots, red chili pepper and palm sugar. We serve our Pad Thai with with lime wedges and chopped, roasted peanuts. We offer both Vegan or Vegetarian versions and substitute soy sauce for the Pad Thai Sauce, when requested.  This traditional, yet exotic Asian dish is sure to be deliciously remembered!
